3.APPLICATIONS AREAS OF PU365 GNS® AUTOMOBILE PU SEALANT
Suitable for sealing and bonding between windshield and side glass of buses/cars .
4.APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS OF PU365 AUTOMOBILE PU SEALANT
● Remove dust, oil and water from the surface of substrates.
● Tack free time and curing speed of polyurethane sealant influenced by environment temperature and humidity. Environment temperature and humidity was lower, the curing speed is slower. Environment temperature and humidity is higher, Tack free time is faster. Construction environment temperature 5～35 ℃, humidity 50～70%RH. When the temperature is lower 5℃, the product is recommended to be placed in an environment of 30～40℃for 1H (Heating time is no more than 3H).
● Pierce the tip of the cartridge, and twist the cut nozzle, remove the bottom lid.
● Extrude the sealant into the joint with a suitable gun, scrape it Smoothly.
5.STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE OF PU365 GNS® AUTOMOBILE PU SEALANT
9 months from manufacturing date when store in cool dry locations below 25℃. Keep away from heat source and direct sunlight during storage.
