4.APPLICATIONS AREAS OF EPOXY CHEMICAL ANCHOR
●Jointing filling and sealing of all kinds of marble, granite curtain wall engineering and cement prefabrication engineering;
●Concrete expansion joint sealing of road engineering;
●Sealing of prefabricated building joints and high building expansion joints;
●Sealing of window & door frames, Panel seams and ceilings, Water pipes, roof gutters,movable houses and containers
●Interior decoration sealing.
5.APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS OF EPOXY CHEMICAL ANCHOR
1. DRILL
Drill hole to the diameter and depth required. The diameter must be in accordance with anchor size.
2. CLEAN
The drill hole must be cleaned with air blower, starting from the bottom of the hole.
The drill hole must be thoroughly cleaned with steel brush. After brush, to use air blower to clean the drill hole again.
3. INJECT
Inject the adhesive into the hole, starting from the bottom, while slowly drawing back the static mixer. In any case avoid entrapping air. For deep holes extension tubing can be used.
4. INSERT
Insert the anchor with a rotary motion into the filled drill hole. Some adhesive must come out of the hole.
5. ANCHOR
During the resin hardening time the anchor must not be moved or loaded.
6.STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE OF EPOXY CHEMICAL ANCHOR
12 months from manufacture date when store in cool dry locations below 27℃, keep away from heat source and direct sunlight during storage.
