●Many construction application on lumber, plywood, concrete, metals, masonry, steel, metals, fiberglass and more;
●Bonding floor joists, subflooring, trusses and other wood floors heating.

4.APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS OF SUB FLOOR PU ADHESIVE FOAM GUN TYPE A88

●Optimal can temperature is +23±2 °C.
●Optimal application temperature is in between +5°C and +30°C.
●Shake the can well before and between uses. Screw the can onto an applicator gun.
●The outflow of the foam can be regulated with the trigger and controlled with the adjustment
●Screw on the back side of the gun.
●Always keep the can upside down during application.
●Surfaces must be clean and free of oil or dust.
●It can adhere to even slightly damp surfaces.
●Dispense a uniform 9-12mm bead on center of all floor joints and apply two beads side by side or one 12mm in zig-zag pattern where panels butt together.
●For best results, let adhesive flatten for 1-2 minutes before attaching subfloor decking and minimize gaps between substrates immediately.
●Minimum holding power is 2 hours and full bond time is 2 days.
●Press subfloor decking into place and complete nailing of each panel within 10 minutes from application. Do not pull apart subfloor decking once it is set in place.
●It is advised to mechanically fasten the materials to insure permanent bond.
●When not in use for 15 or more minutes, gun valve should be cleaned with cleaner
●Fresh foam can be cleaned by GNS Foam Cleaner. Cured foam can be cleaned barely mechanically.
