On October 21, 2022, the signing cooperation between DuPont and GNS (Tianjin) Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GNS) on the project of landing the general agent of DuPont™ Tyvek® flooding in the national construction and home improvement market was held in Shanghai, and the leaders representing the management teams of both parties attended this signing ceremony together.

At the signing ceremony, leaders from both sides expressed the high importance they attached to this project cooperation, exchanged views and reached a deep consensus on the industry development trend, national strategic planning layout, channel expansion and market development.

DuPont™ Tyvek® Flooding is a high performance self-adhesive waterproofing tape made from Tyvek® vapour permeable membrane laminated with butyl adhesive. It has excellent adhesion, wide range of application, good ductility, waterproofing and durability and can be used for sealing between various joints and node treatment in buildings to create a continuous waterproof, airtight layer and enhance the air and water tightness of buildings.

The combination of DuPont™ foam caulking and Tyvek® flooding provides better air and water tightness in window and door openings, meeting the high requirements of buildings for energy efficiency and insulation.

In the future, the two sides will give full play to the synergistic advantages of the two companies in channels, technology research and development and industrial chain to jointly build a new platform and new mode of cooperation and development between the two sides to achieve a new leap in strategic development and contribute to the sustainable development of the industry.
