Recently the cost of Silicone Sealant raw materials keep increasing in a new round ,mid- and downstream companies under great pressure as the soaring raw materials price and weak economic growth .This week, more than 100 mid- and downstream companies issued "price increase letters" to raise the silicone sealant prices about 10%-15% .

Monitoring data shows that the raw materials for the production of precipitated silica (soda ash, coal, sulfuric acid) have risen sharply by 31%, resulting in a substantial increase in the cost of domestic precipitated silica production. Many major domestic manufacturers of precipitated silica announced on August 19 the price will (RMB) 500-800 yuan/ton on the basis of the original supply price.
