How To Develop Customers By Phone

Made In China (referred to as MIC) held a training course about how to develop customers by phone on 5th November 2021.

International Marketing Department Sales team of GUNUO (TIANJIN) INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (referred to as GNS) took part in this training course. In the training course, the lecturer who engaged in international trade for many years, with rich practical experience in foreign trade and team leadership experience, shared the way of develop customers by phone. The lecturer shared the way from accent, speed and intonation, preparation, repeated practice, and replay. 

Firstly, the accent, speed and intonation are the base part, which directly affect whether the customer can clearly understand what you express. Doing listening and speaking exercises is the best way to promote the accent, speed and intonation. Secondly, we need to make fully prepared before calling customers. Last but not the least, we should make a replay summary through telephone recording after calling. It can help us to improve the poor improvement. 

Because the price of chemical raw materials is increasing a lot and the international shipping problem in 2021, we GNS, the silicone sealant and Pu foam manufacturer, is facing unprecedented difficulties in export sales. In the context of the Covid-19, it is also impossible to visit abroad and communicate face to face with customers. Developing customers in a variety of ways and keep trying new ways will be the better solutions.
