Question 1. Why are the weights of the epoxy grout we received different?
Answer: Because the relative density of raw materials such as pearl powder, glitter powder, color paste in the beauty joint agent is inconsistent, the weight of each color beauty joint agent will have a certain error, and a deviation of about 5g is a normal phenomenon.

Question 2. How to avoid tile cracking during the cleaning process?
Answer: At present, the ceramic tiles on the market are mainly divided into two categories: one is full-body tiles, which are hard and not easily damaged, and can be cleaned normally; the other is polished glazed tiles with a thin layer of enamel on the surface, which is slightly harder. The tiles are easy to stretch. Special attention should be paid to the cleaning of glazed tiles. The cleaning tool should be parallel to the tile gap when pushing flat to avoid changing the angle of the cleaning tool during the flat pushing process, and it is not advisable to use excessive force; communicate with the owner before construction to avoid later Unnecessary troubles are caused by porcelain tiles.

Question 3. Is the cleaning depth of crevices as deep as possible?
Answer: It is not that the deeper the better, 3~5mm is appropriate.

Question 4. How to clean the cement in the tile gap?
Answer: It is recommended to use an electric special cleaner for cleaning.

Question 5. Why is wax waxed before construction?
Answer: There are many small cavities distributed on the surface of the dumb tile. The colloid is easy to penetrate, and it is not easy to remove after curing. Therefore, it must be waxed before construction, and the gap must be shielded and protected before waxing.

Question 6. Why can't it be constructed when the tile gap is wet?
Answer: 
1. Affect the adhesion of the sealant.
2. Make to discoloration or whitening of the sealant.
3. The water vapor expands when heated, causing bubbles to appear on the surface of the sealant.
