Training Course

After the training started, Mr. Liu, the lecturer of the company headquarters, gave a lecture on "Toyota Production Method". Mr. Liu went from how Toyota developed from a township enterprise to the world’s number one automobile company, to how Toyota’s production method became a miracle in the history of world manufacturing. He was hailed as "the winner of the resurrection of Japanese companies." This efficient production method impacted the "Ford Production Method" that Americans used to be proud of, and caused shock and reflection in the American manufacturing industry. Researchers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States summed up the Toyota production method as "lean production", which is regarded as the standard by the global manufacturing industry.
